Terms of Use

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms cover your use of pyxmark.com and the Pyxmark MCP server at mcp.pyxmark.com (together, “Pyxmark”), operated by Trunnel & Co. LLC, a Washington limited liability company. By using Pyxmark you agree to them.

What Pyxmark does

Pyxmark checks a name or domain against public data: the OFAC SDN and Consolidated lists, the UN, EU and UK sanctions lists, SEC EDGAR, domain registration (RDAP) and public DNS. We pull these sources on a schedule and report them as-is, with the date each list was last synced. Federal exclusions (SAM.gov) aren't automated yet. For those you get a link to search SAM.gov yourself.

Results are informational

Pyxmark is not legal, compliance or financial advice, and a result is not a compliance determination. Names are matched fuzzily, so a potential match can be a different party, and a clean result can miss a listed party (spelling variants, recent additions, or a list that was unavailable or out of date at the time). Check every potential match against the linked official source, and make your own decision. You're responsible for meeting your own legal obligations.

Free use and limits

Single checks are free, up to 25 lookups a day per IP address. Every tool call counts as one lookup, and the limit resets at 00:00 UTC. We may also cap total free use per day. Don't try to get around the limits, overload the service, or resell or bulk-scrape results.

No warranty

Pyxmark is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will be accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Trunnel & Co. LLC isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made using Pyxmark. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before it, which for free use is zero.

Changes and ending use

We may change or stop any part of the service, change these terms by updating this page, or block use that breaks them. Paid plans, when offered, will come with their own pricing terms shown before anything is charged.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
