Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

Pyxmark is run by Trunnel & Co. LLC, a Washington limited liability company. This page says what we collect when you use pyxmark.com and the Pyxmark MCP server at mcp.pyxmark.com, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@pyxmark.com.

Free checks (web form and MCP)

You don't need an account. When you run a check, we don't save the names you search or the reports we return. Each report is built when you ask for it and sent back to you.

To keep the free tier at 25 lookups a day, we count lookups per IP address. We store a one-way hash of your IP address (for IPv6, of the network prefix) with a date and a count. We don't store the IP address itself. These counters are deleted automatically after about 7 days. We also keep a single daily total of free lookups across everyone.

To keep load on public sources low, we temporarily cache some results: domain registration and DNS results for up to 6 hours (keyed by domain name) and SEC company profiles for up to 12 hours (keyed by SEC CIK number). These caches don't say who asked.

API keys

If we issue you an API key, we store a hash of the key (not the key itself), its first few characters, the email address it was issued to, your plan, and a monthly lookup count.

The waitlist form

If you join the waitlist, we store what you enter (email, role, intended use, and optional company and details), plus your IP address and browser user agent for spam control. We email a copy to ourselves so we can follow up. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to delete them.

Who else handles your data

Pyxmark runs on Cloudflare, which processes every request to our sites and may keep its own operational logs under its own policy. When you run a check, our server (not your browser) queries public sources: SEC EDGAR, rdap.org and Cloudflare DNS for the domain you entered. We don't sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, we don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't use what you enter to train AI models.

Your choices

Email hello@pyxmark.com to see or delete what we hold about you (waitlist entries or API key records). Because rate-limit counters only hold a hashed IP, we can't link them to you, and they expire on their own.

If this changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
